Company- and contact information for retailers is available on the website of Triple M Trading. Are you a retailer and do you wish to get into contact with NickJean? Please use the contact form. You may specify that you are a retailer in the contact form.
ARTICLE 1: NICKJEAN
The NickJean online shop is statutorily registered under No Soros Retail B.V (CoC no. 65458435 - VAT no. NL856120807B01). If you place an order on NickJean.com the terms and conditions as described on the website will go in effect and will be pursued by No Soros Retail B.V (tradename FashionLand).
No Soros Retail B.V is statutorily based at Kerklaan 9B, 1251 JR Laren. This address is not available for visitors.
The terms and conditions of No Soros Retail B.V are described on the website NickJean.com (hereonafter referred to as NJ).
ARTICLE 2: ORDERING
In the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium order are delivered free of charge. For deliveries to countries besides these three, additional fees will be charged. For foreign shipping costs please refer to shipping costs.
ARTICLE 3: PAYMENT
Payment orders are at the expense and risk of the person entering the payment order. During the payment the account will be checked for sufficient funds. If this is not the case, you cannot complete the order with the given account.
ARTICLE 4: DELIVERYYour order will be delivered with the parcel service. Make sure you check your address when you receive the confirmation of your order. Delivery at a PO Box is not possible. When the delivery has been handed over to the parcel service, NJ will provide you with a track & trace number, by e-mail. The track and trace offers you the possibility to follow your parcel so you may estimate the date and time of delivery.
ARTICLE 5: TRADE AND RETURNYou have up to 14 days after delivery to return a product. Fitting a product is of course permitted, but NJ is not responsible for any damage a product sustains during fitting. Damaged products and/or products with stains cannot be accepted by us.
ARTICLE 5.1: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNSTo return a product it will have to meet several conditions:
- the product is not yet worn and is free of damage.
- the product is in its original state and with the originals card, tags and labels.
- the product is purchased in the NickJean Online Shop.
- the product is still in its original packiging.
ARTICLE 5.2: COSTS OF RETURNSIf you decide to return (part of) the order, the cost of the return shipping are paid by the customer. Any damage sustained during the return are at the expense and responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 5.3: REFUNDING RETURNSWhen NJ has received the return shipping, the products will be checked to see if they meet the required conditions (article 5.1). When agreed to, the purchise price (exc. Shipping charge) will be refunded to your account within 1—2 working days. To prevent fraud, the account number for the reimbursement needs to be equal to the account that payed for the order. Customers from abroad should also mention the IBAN and BIC / Swift number of the bank.
ARTICLE 5.4: COMPLAINTSNickJean is committed to the quality of its products, therefor orders made are always carefully handled. When the product you’ve received turns out to be damaged or when there are problems with the quality of the product, you may contact NJ and a fitting solution will be made.You cannot claim warranty if there is:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage due to intent or negligence.
- Damage due to failing to comply with the user instructions and/or manual.
